Our mission

We help businesses create effective learning solutions that are adapted to their needs.

At ÉduGénie, our passion is helping people learn!

Because we believe that passive brains don’t learn, we give our all to create stimulating, sometimes challenging, but never dull learning situations.

Whether for e-learning or blended learning instruction, we offer rich and engaging solutions that will make participants eager to learn!

Our history

With more than 30 years of experience in the field of adult instruction, we have developed a solid, completely unique and diversified expertise that will exceed your expectations.

In 1983, we were among the pioneers who were eagerly anticipating the arrival of microcomputers. And back then, we were already developing serious games, animations, simulations and interactive learning activities. We have since created hundreds of learning environments using a wide variety of tools, adapted to all kinds of contexts.

Since 1994, we have been perfecting a robust methodology for instructional design, which we tailor according to the needs of each organization and in relation to each project.

Today, ÉduGénie is a specialist in the field of adult workplace learning.

ÉDUGÉNIE brings together complementary talents and competencies to offer you learning solutions that are precisely tuned to the needs of your business.

Françoise Crevier
Ph.D. in Instructional Design

After completing her undergraduate studies in science, Françoise Crevier taught high school chemistry and physics. It was there that she discovered her passion for instructional design. She wrote a number of self-directed chemistry learning modules, which enjoyed 15 years on Québec’s education market bestseller list. With the arrival of microcomputing, her interests turned to designing digital learning environments. To date, she has created more than a hundred e-learning environments for highly diversified target audiences, along with numerous blended learning tools.

With the goal of continuing to build a solid academic foundation, she pursued further studies in instructional design and obtained her Ph.D. in 1996. Today, she develops customized learning solutions, focusing on her special area of interest, which is analysing challenging situations from preliminary and content analysis through to knowledge modeling. She has been involved in the field of competencies for more than 20 years.
