Do you have what it takes to analyse their training needs ?

Distance learning

To help you develop the skills you’ll need to conduct a proper analysis of your training needs, we created an original, three-step distance learning activity.

    1. SIMULATION
First, you access an online learning environment. You’ll be instructed to pay a visit to a client to conduct a needs analysis. Once there, you’ll meet various players in a conference room. You’ll be able to ask them 40 questions, and after each of their responses, a virtual expert  will provide you with feedback or explanations. You take notes in your virtual notepad, which you’ll be able to download once the interviews are over.
    2. WRITE YOUR REPORT
Using your notes and a few tools we supply (analysis report template), you’ll write your preliminary analysis report and email to us when you have finished.
    3. VALIDATION
We read your report, make comments and offer suggestions for improvements. We’ll return your analysis by email.

This is a serious, comprehensive and fairly demanding training activity, but we guarantee results for anyone who puts in the required effort. You can keep the template to use for future analyses.
